Project: Cute as a Button.

1/17/09: Before Pics, pre demo.
1/19/09: After Demo Pics.
1/24/09 - 1/25/09: Remodel Continues, closets, framed, doors moved, beams put up, walls taken down.
1/26/09: Framing complete. Need to move a little electrical then its on to drywall.
2/19/09: Drywall done, on to paint & trim.

3/23/09: Been a bit slow, but we have started painting and some little things, next comes tub and floor tile in the bath and we started the yard work also, torn down deck rail and part of an old shed.
3/1/09: Yard Demo
3/11/09: Bathroom coming together.
3/1/09: Bamboo Flooring, started, proof this is a family affair!
7/27/0: I haven't posted any for a long time, just been too busy working, but as you can see from the photos below we are getting close, we have counter tops and a door to do on the inside then just clean up and touch up, then we have some work to do in the yard still then I think we are just about there.
As you can see we have made a lot of progress since the last post, left to do is some landscaping down teh right side of the house and a couple little projects inside then it's up on the market.
08/20/09 Well, my 5 month project has turned into 8 going on 9 but on the upside it wasn't because I spent my summer playing, it was due to being swamped at work so as much as this is a pain and we need to move on it is almost good it has taken longer. We are on the home stretch, we have some fence to stain this weekend, some gravel to move around in the drive ways and our final project is some simple trim work in the kitchen then it's up on the market.
And yet another project comes to an end, the next one will be more fun I promise!
